The McNeil OLS Model 2003-GB uses twin grinding wheels to deburr both sides of bevel gears.
An air-powered nylon brush follows the grinding wheels to remove any residual burrs and
creates a clean, smooth chamfer. The Model 2003-GB utilizes a cooling system to keep tools
at proper operating temperatures, to control dust, and to cleanse the parts after deburring.
Built standard as an operator-loaded machine, the Model 2300 can be readily adapted to
accommodate robotic loading and unloading. The machine's 36 in x 40 in footprint enables any cusotmer
to pack a lot of deburring power into a compact space.
The base of the Model 2300 deburring machine is exceptionally versatile: It can be readily adapted to a range
of modifications with relatively minor tooling changes. The 2003-GB eliminates process variables to ensure reliable,
cost-efficient deburring results.
