The OLS Model 2800-TG is dedicated to deburring fluid pump gears in a wide range of configurations. Through-the-gash deburring, provided by two large diameter offset nylon radial brushes, deburrs the gear profile on both surfaces in one rotation.

Interchangeable part holders and universal top clamp makes for fast change-overs. Integrated dust collection system keeps work environment clean.

OLS’s exclusive Auto Amp Compensation system maintains constant brush pressure throughout the life of the brushes for consistent quality and maximum media usage. The standard machine is built for operator loading, but has the capability to interface with auto-loading systems.
