OLS Model 3100 Deburring Machine
 The OLS Model 3100 deburrs sintered pump gerotors using two brushes, positioned at 90 degrees to each other. Both brushes are positioned along the axis of the part, but they rotate in opposite directions to deburr the part on both sides within a single deburring cycle. The Model 3100 is equipped with dual deburring spindles to ensure continuous output.

An integrated coolant system keeps everything cool, while greatly increasing brush life. An OLS innovation, the exclusive Auto Amp Compensation system, maintains constant brush pressure throughout the life of the brushes for consistent part quality and maximum media usage.

The Model 3100 is built as an operator-loaded deburring machine, but has the capacity to interface with auto-loading systems.
