 The OLS Model 2800-TG was developed to  deburr fluid pump gears in a range of configurations. Through-the-gash deburring is provided by two large diameter offset nylon radial brushes that deburr both surfaces of the gear profile in one cycle.

Interchangeable part holders and a universal top clamp makes for fast part change-overs, while an integrated dust collection system keeps the work environment clean.

An OLS innovation, the exclusive Auto Amp Compensation system, maintains constant brush pressure throughout the life of the brushes for consistent part quality and maximum media usage.

The Model 2800-TG is built as an operator-loaded deburring machine, but has the capacity to interface with auto-loading systems.
