The OLS Model 7006i-FB is a complete deburring cell, receiving parts from primary shaping machines and taking them through a six step deburrng sequence, after which parts are washed and treated, then air dried for conveyance to a collection table for packing. This deburring cell allows our customer to deliver finished parts, ready for installation.


Two automated filing stations remove the major burr in the ring groove. Once inside the central machine, the part is further deburred by a series of brushing steps while coolant is applied. The 7006i-FB is a high-output deburring powerhouse, ready to go to work for your company 24/7.
